It is the end of the year and we had to cancel the Kahootz projet due to lack of access to computers… however, we did reestablish a new project which entails a group of students making a video about French in their school… this project will continue on to next year… so we will keep you posted… until then, Joyeux Noel et Bonne Nouvelle Annee!

C’est la fin de l’annee et nous avons du aborter le projet d’animation du fait que nous ne pouvions plus avoir acces a assez d’ordinateurs… mais nous avons tout de meme redevelope un autre projet qui est celui de faire une video sur le Francais dans une ecole australienne… Ce projet continuera l’annee prochaine donc restez en contact pour connaitre la suite!… Pendant ce temps, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Well! It is now the end of the year and we have managed to finalize two individual videos. Please take a look and tell us what you think…Next year, we will endeavour to produce French speaking videos now that we have had a little practice at making them! MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR! As we are waiting for the French School to contribute to the Aussie Through Australian Eyes project, Le Club des Français will be undertaking a new project of making individual videos with moving and still images on French themes. The challenge is to finish them by the end of the year!

En attendant la participation de l’école française au projet de Aussie Through Australian Eyes, le Club des Français entreprendra un nouveau projet de production de vidéos individuelles qui incluent des images fixes et filmées sur des thèmes français. Le défi est de finaliser tout cela avant la fin de l’année!

Au Club des Français, on a créer un film. C’est à propos de l’Australie. Elle inclue ce que l’on mange, John Howard et le Football australien. On a tourné le film à l’école car notre cour de récréation ressemble un peu au décor de la vie des aborigènes lorsqu’il n’y avait que de la terre et des plantes. Dans le film, la musique et le décor aborigène sont très importants car l’Australie fut habitée par les aborigènes en premier et c’est important que l’école française sache cela. On a choisi le premier ministre, John Howard, parce qu’il est le premier ministre de notre pays et peut-être que l’école française ne sait pas cela. Le joueur de football australien représente un sport australien très populaire. La tourte dans la figure, c’est parce qu’on voulait un peu d’humour! Le Club des Français.

In French Club we made a movie. It is about Australia. It includes what we eat, John Howard and the AFL. We filmed the video on school grounds because it looked a bit like back in aboriginal times where there was nothing but dirt and plants. In the movie the Aboriginal background and Aboriginal music are very important because Australia was first inhabited by Aboriginals. So it is important the French school knows that. We chose the Prime Minister, John Howard, because he is the prime minister of our country and maybe the French school does not know that. The AFL player represents the very popular Australian sport. The pie in the face was because we wanted a little humor into it. Emina Zahirovic, Angel Pham, Keanthea Vourn from the French club.
